本產(chǎn)品使用全塑外殼而開發(fā)的全密封機構(gòu)，因使用環(huán)境對產(chǎn)品可靠性的影響，如凝露、沿海腐蝕環(huán)境等對電鍍件、電氣元件的性能影且體積小，功能齊響很大，嚴重降低產(chǎn)品使用周期，經(jīng)常需要去維護保養(yǎng)，對智能化自動化的推廣起到制約作用。所以一款能防水，全，經(jīng)濟型比較高的機構(gòu)來達到防凝露、防水、防腐蝕功能要求的操動機構(gòu)，即防護等級要求IP65。
本產(chǎn)品通過外殼與底板將機構(gòu)封裝在里面，機構(gòu)高度控制在260mm以下，操作、指示、按鈕等通過密封圈伸出外殼，電氣元件等通過航空插座將點位引出，以此來達到IP65密封要求。特殊處理后可做到IP67密封要求，適用于防凝露、防腐蝕等特殊環(huán)境場合使用。
